Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how designmd.app ("Site") collects, uses and protects user information in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data Collected

designmd.app is a static catalog site and does not require registration, login or personal data to access content. Technical data collected automatically during browsing may include: IP address (anonymized when possible), browser type, pages visited, referral URL, and access timestamps.

2. Purpose

Technical data is used exclusively for traffic analysis, security, and generating anonymous usage statistics.

3. Legal Basis (LGPD)

Technical browsing data is processed under the controller's legitimate interest (art. 7, IX, LGPD) for Site maintenance, security and improvement. The purpose is legitimate (maintaining and improving the Site), necessary (no less invasive means to measure performance), and proportional (data is anonymized and does not individually identify visitors). No sensitive personal data is collected.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses two analytics tools:

  • Plausible Analytics (self-hosted) — cookieless, does not collect personal data, loaded without consent requirement.
  • Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and is loaded only after explicit consent via the cookie banner. Data is sent to Google LLC (USA).

No advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Technical Operators and International Transfer

The following technical operators process data necessary for Site operation:

  • Cloudflare Inc. — CDN and proxy. Processes IP addresses and HTTP headers on global edge servers.
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only with consent). Data transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses and the Brazil-EU adequacy decision (ANPD Resolution 32/2026).
  • Google Fonts — loaded from Google CDN; visitor IP is transmitted during font download.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share data for commercial or advertising purposes. The technical operators listed above receive only the data strictly necessary for their services.

7. Storage and Security

Technical data is stored on secure servers with appropriate protection measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS).

8. Data Subject Rights (LGPD)

Under the LGPD, you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing, access your data, request correction, anonymization or deletion, data portability (art. 18, V), revoke consent, and file a complaint with the ANPD (art. 18, §1). Detailed access requests will be answered within 15 days (art. 19, II).
